This 20-year old company manufactures and distributes retail luxury goods across the globe. We’re talking high-end luxury products - they choose not to sell their products in Nordstrom, Saks, or Bloomingdale’s…instead leveraging a distribution network of exclusive professional organizations.

The founders’ initial concern was that they needed a new ERP system. After an extensive discovery project with Salient7 and their partners, it became obvious that the company needed an organizational transformation.

The first step was to implement their Company Operating System. Their priorities were constantly changing and their goals were unclear. The culture was quite pleasant due to the foundation the wonderful founders had set. Though they were clearly purpose-driven the consensus on their values, mission, goals and priorities was conversational.

There was great opportunity to formalize and publish their business foundations and goals, especially with the onboarding of a new executive management team.
